Mahdi and Sergio were extremely helpful right from my initial enquiry. They kept me fully informed and answered all my questions promptly and effectively. Throughout the whole process Mahdi went out of his way to help and sent me updated videos and pictures of my new car and even sorting my road tax prior to April 1st. On collection day he was patient when we were delayed by traffic and spent a lot of time showing us the features of our new car and honouring the price given over the phone. They delivered on their commitments, on time, professional, agreed terms, and a like new Tesla. No issues with the part exchange, even though the part exchange had a recall that needed to be worked out. They took that on their own to sort. Couldn't be happier with the sales process, the integrity of the team, the handover (even did it at 8:30 PM, way after hours). No hesitation in recommending them.
