They make every effort to keep you updated with progress and ensure a through handover. Found a car that i was keen on and sent a message to the seller. They responded very promptly so i left a deposit whilst they prepped the car. However i found another car closer to me so contacted them to return my deposit which they did within a couple of days . Despite they didn’t get a sell from me they still showed excellent customer service , and if i was in the market for a car in the future i would use them.
