Very friendly Team who went above and beyond to ensure the 18 month old Tesla Model Y I was buying was "as new". It was worth two trips to Birmingham from Devon to see, and later collect, the car. Highly recommended.

Fantastic support and communication through the whole process from enquiry, car presentation & run through, test drive to support with delivery and completion of paperwork. Abdul & Mahdi couldn't have done enough for me with their professionalism and friendly support. You could tell they took pride in the presentation of the cars in the showroom and offered additional car supagard treatment as an optional extra. Thank you. I love my new car. I recently purchased a Tesla model 3 performance from Exclusive cars. Was a simple process to do the deal and acquire the finance over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the car I had a good experience with Abdul and Mahdi who both made sure everything was done correctly and gave me a good handover and rundown of the car. There was a slight issue with wheel nut that was outwith the control of Exclusive cars however they were quick to get this resolved for me. I can highly recommend Exclusive cars

I have had a wonderful experience with Exclusive Cars Birmingham. I initially agreed to purchase a vehicle and placed a substantial deposit on it. Unfortunately circumstances meant I would no longer progress the sale. The dealership dealt with this blow in an exceptional manner, despite turning others away thinking they had sold the vehicle. I received a full refund of my funds, despite me offering compensation to cover their efforts and other missed sale opportunities.I can only say they are a dealership with great integrity and have no doubt the service I received would translate in all transactions they undertake. I would wholeheartedly recommend considering this dealership for your next car and in the future I certainly will.
